About

All the Details

I’ve always enjoyed creating great experiences for people. From my earliest roles, I have thought about what the customer or employee needed from whatever I was building. Pairing my background in user experience with my recent roles in IT leadership gives me additional perspective on building experiences that help companies meet their strategic objectives.

I currently lead a department that supports the employee experience. We focus on employee connection, recognition, workspaces, growth, and measurement - all while leveraging my background and education in Human Factors.

Prior to Advisor360°, I was the director of user experience at Commonwealth Financial Network, and I’ve also worked at MIT Technology Review, Wolters Kluwer, and Charles River Analytics. I hold an MS in human factors in information design from Bentley University and a BA from Connecticut College.
